Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Sylvia, and I am a mindfulness teacher, a mother to two beautiful boys, and a firm believer in the power of mindfulness for mental and physical wellbeing.

My journey with mindfulness began in 2020 when I was pregnant with my first son. Like many first-time mothers, I was nervous about giving birth and wanted to find a way to manage my anxiety and fears. That's when I discovered hypnobirthing, a technique that uses mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help women have a calm and positive birth experience.

​

I was amazed at how much hypnobirthing helped me during my pregnancy and birth. It gave me the tools to manage my fears and anxieties, and I was able to give birth to my son without any medication or interventions. The experience was transformative, and I knew that I wanted to share the benefits of mindfulness with others.

​

After the birth of my first son, I decided to take my mindfulness practice to the next level and enrolled in a mindfulness teacher training program. The program taught me how to teach mindfulness techniques to others, and I gained a deep understanding of how mindfulness can help with stress reduction, anxiety, and overall wellbeing.

In November 2022, I gave birth to my second son, and once again, mindfulness was a crucial part of my pregnancy and birth experience. As a busy mother of two, I know first hand how challenging it can be to balance parenting, work, and self-care. But with mindfulness, I have found a way to stay centred and present in the moment, even when things get hectic.

​

My journey through motherhood has taught me that mindfulness is not just a practice, it's a way of life. It has helped me become a better parent, partner, and friend, and I am passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness with other mothers and expectant mothers.

As a mindfulness teacher, I offer a range of services, including private sessions, group classes, and workshops. My approach to mindfulness is grounded in compassion, and I believe that everyone can benefit from the practice, regardless of their experience level.
